Dr Tingate is a primary care physician (GP), biotechnology and pharmacuetical R&D expert, scientist and fitness expert. 

He encourages patients to take control of their own health and heavily promotes the benefits of daily exercise, good nutrition and a low stress lifestyle. The findings of his research have taught him to appreciate the importance of limiting inflammation to slow premature aging. 

 

Dr Trevor Tingate was born and raised in Australia and graduated from Monash University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He has a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) awarded in 2002 for research aimed to discover more about how the immune system functions. 
 
He is a long-time runner and currently trains with Sean Williams at Centennial Park. His current focus is the 10k road race.
