Scheduling care in opening hours

The practice has a flexible system that enables us to accommodate patients with urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned chronic care, and preventive health needs.

  • We are able to accommodate urgent, non-urgent, complex and planned chronic care, and preventive health issues.
  • Longer consultations are available on request
  • Dr Tingate will identify any urgent medical matters and offer urgent medical attention as needed

  • We also use feedback to establish whether urgent problems are determined promptly

Telephone and electronic advice
 

Patients are able to obtain advice or information related to their care by telephone, email or SMS provided that Dr Tingate determines that this is clinically safe and that a face-to-face consultation is unnecessary.

Home and other visits

Regular patients of our practice are able to obtain visits,where such visits are safe and reasonable, in their home, residential aged care facility, residential care facility or hospital, both within and outside normal opening hours.
