Our practice facilities are modern, safe and an effective work environment.

  1. We have one dedicated consulting room in our practice and a seperate treatment room
  2. The consulting room:
    • is free from excessive extraneous noise
    • has excellent lighting
    • has an examination couch
    • is maintained at a comfortable ambient temperature
    • has facilities to protect patient privacy
  3. Our practice has a waiting area sufficient to accommodate a number of patients and other people
  4. Our practice has toilets and hand cleaning facilities readily available for use
  5. Our practice has heating and/or air conditioning
  6. Our practice has the capability for electronic communication by facsimile or email.
  7. The practice is a no smoking area
  8. Our practice uses feedback to establish whether patients of our practice find it is easy to contact our practice 
  9. Our practice uses patient feedback to establish whether patients of our practice are satisfied with facilities in our consultation area

The physical conditions in our practice are designed to encourage patient privacy and confidentiality.

  1. Visual and auditory privacy of consultations and treatments is ensured
  2. Our practice has used patient feedback to establish whether patients of our practice think our practice makes adequate provisions for their privacy

Our practice is upstairs and patients will need to be able to climb a flight of stairs.

  1. There is no wheelchair access to our practice
  2. There is adequate parking within a reasonable distance from our practice
  3. Our practice has a height adjustable bed.
